OUR THREE-PART STRATEGIC PLANNING PROGRAM

Part 1: An Evaluation of Your Organization's Current Situation

The foundation of all that we'll do together, we'll provide you and your team members

with a thorough set of consultative interviews to get a clear understanding of your

team's dynamics, what's working, what's not, where you want to go, etc. We'll

review past strategic plans to get an understanding of where you've been. And, we'll

provide you with a brief report regarding what we learned, including suggestions for

moving forward.

Part 2: A Facilitated Retreat

We'll conduct a highly productive retreat to get everybody's input in the creation of a strategic plan.

Part 3: A System for Implementing Your Plan

Perhaps the most important part of the entire process is helping you put a system in place to ensure that your plan is implemented. It's the area where most strategic planning fails miserably. And its what we specialize at.

As part of the system we'll help you craft a:

One-page summary of your plan that facilitates focus and measurement of progress

A system for creating action plans

A replicable meeting system, including calendar

A set of defined roles for who will do what by when

And, depending upon your needs and budget, we'll continue to partner with you after the retreat to ensure implementation.
