The signals are already there.

You just have to know what to look for.

40 real-world organizational red flags, why they matter, and practical ways to address them before they become expensive problems.

Most organizational problems start small. A workaround here, a missed handoff there, a problem that keeps coming back. They’re easy to dismiss, but they’re usually telling us something.

Manage for Good: Signals of Impact helps leaders recognize those signals early and know where to focus their attention.

40 Signals. Practical Ways Forward.

Each chapter starts with a real-world organizational red flag and breaks down what's happening, why it matters, and what you can do about it.

You'll learn how to:

  • Spot problems earlier before small issues become expensive ones.
  • Look beyond the symptom to understand what's actually causing the problem.
  • Ask better questions instead of repeatedly fixing the same thing.
  • Build better ways of working for your people and your organization.
  • Know where to focus because not every problem deserves the same attention.

No complicated management theory. Just practical ways to better understand what's happening inside your organization and what to do next.

EXPLORE THE COURSE

Meet the author

Jeri Larsen, CEO of Manage for Good

Jeri has spent her career helping organizations close the gap between a really good strategy and what actually happens when people try to execute it.

She's served as a COO, CCO, CPO, and executive leader across Operations, People, Sales, Strategy, Client Success, and more. After decades of seeing organizations from a lot of different seats, she started noticing the same patterns.

The details change. The signals often don't.

Those patterns became Manage for Good: Signals of Impact.

Jeri has been named to Women We Admire's Top 50 Women Leaders of Utah three times. When she's not working, you'll usually find her with her family, somewhere off-grid, on a river, or with a book in her hand and a dog on her lap.
